1.Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales.

2.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

3.Visit local market and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.

4.Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.

5.Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.

6.Work closely with Line Manager to identify new markets for business development.

7.Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws.

8.Achieve KPIs and meet sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

9.Build and retain the highest level of motivation in the team to achieve maximum business volumes and have the maximum employee retention.

10.Co-ordinate with the operation / Risk department to ensure timely disbursal of loans while maintaining the integrity of the process and documents.

11.Review credit worthiness and verify the customer’s income and demographics to establish customer’s need and credibility for the proposed loan.

12.Carry out any other task assigned by Line Manager.

13.Ensure safety, security and maintenance of premises and other critical branch records within the location.

14.Ensure timely processing of loan application within defined TAT.

15.Ensure no cash transaction takes place within the premises

16.Incumbent shall be responsible to adhere by Telenor Microfinance Bank Behaviors in all aspects of his/her work conduct.

17.Responsible for managing compliance risk ‘inherent’ in their day-to-day activities, processes, and systems for which you are accountable. This includes the responsibility of business lines to own, develop, and update systems, policies, processes, and procedures to manage compliance risk inherent in their day-to-day activities.
