Entertain Customers enquiries related to their account and operational matters.
Complete customer’s due diligence and manage KYC.
Meeting the ICFR standards and reporting, as well as keeping data and reports in auditable mode.
Guide the walk-in customers for loans and deposits to sales office.
Systematic initiation of Loan / Deposit accounts.
Ensure completeness of all required documents before account opening.
Handling of the loan collateral as per bank’s SOP.
• Guide prospective deposit customers in terms of products and rates and direct them to BM.
Responsible to update customers’ signatures & snaps through TSI (Telenor Smart Imaging).
Conduct necessary verifications from NADRA and ECIB loans and account openings (where applicable).
Assist the Operation Manager to complete the record, inventory management, maintenance of manual registers and reporting at different levels.
Work as the backup of Cash Officer with full responsibilities as and when required. • Carry out any other task assigned by Operations Manager.
